We know you want your product quickly! All orders are shipped via Canada Post Xpress, with estimated delivery times of 1-4 business days. Gummy orders placed before 1 PM PST (Monday–Friday) are made fresh that day (to ensure maximum potency), and shipped the following day. Raw mushroom orders placed before 10 AM PST will be sent out the same day. As soon as your order is made, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order is shipped, you will be notified via email with shipping and tracking information.

All packages are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging, ensuring privacy. The contents will not be explicitly labeled.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Orders

All shipments are sent via a secure, traceable method. In the rare event that a package is lost or damaged, we will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue by offering a replacement, credit, or refund.

If an item is out of stock or missing from your order before shipment, we will attempt to contact you for up to three (3) days. If we are unable to reach you, we will select a replacement that closely matches your original order. Refunds or credits will not be issued in these cases.

Shipping Address Policy

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Incorrect addresses may result in delays and additional shipping fees. Brain Candy reserves the right to charge an extra shipping fee to resend packages due to incorrect address information.
