At Brain Candy, we prioritize product quality and customer satisfaction. Our products undergo rigorous testing to ensure you receive only the highest-quality items. If, in the rare instance, you believe a product does not meet your expectations, please contact our support team for assistance. Each refund request is reviewed individually by our management team to determine the best resolution.
Refund Eligibility & Process
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, we may issue store credit instead of a refund. The refund method depends on the original payment method and order amount. A processing fee may apply to refunded payments.
Timeframe for Refund Requests
Customers must submit refund requests within 7 days of order delivery. Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for refunds.
Returning Orders
If you are unsatisfied with your order, we may offer a return option:
- Incorrect orders – We will cover return shipping costs.
- Other reasons for dissatisfaction – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds are subject to approval by our management team. If you purchased multiple units of the same product, refunds are only available for unopened items. If a product is unsatisfactory, please do not open additional products—contact our support team immediately.
Additional Evidence Requests
Our support or management team may require additional proof (e.g., photos, videos, or other documentation) to process your request. If you do not provide the requested information, we reserve the right to deny refunds or returns.
