Gummy orders placed before 1 PM PST (Monday–Friday) are made fresh that day (to ensure maximum potency), and shipped the following day. Raw mushroom orders placed before 10 AM PST will be sent out the same day. As soon as the order is made you will be sent a confirmation email. The moment your package is shipped you will be notified with a tracking number. All packages are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging, ensuring privacy. The contents will not be explicitly labeled.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Orders

All shipments are sent via a secure, traceable method. In the rare event that a package is lost or damaged, we will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue by offering a replacement, credit, or refund.

If an item is out of stock or missing from your order before shipment, we will attempt to contact you for up to three (3) days. If we are unable to reach you, we will select a replacement that closely matches your original order. Refunds or credits will not be issued in these cases.
